So, my brother and I are going to carry out a super-mega-cool bike trip from the Baltic Sea to the North Caucasus. I have read the official covid restrictions, but I admit the possibility that in practice the cases may differ slightly from the officially declared ones. Maybe someone knows something about this? Particularly interested in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Russia.

It seems that the Latvians themselves cannot figure out how to treat tourists.

Hi, friend. From all the options, I've heard that Russia has open borders for tourists, so I think that you can try your luck with it. I've been there a few years ago and think that it's a beautiful country for tourists(mostly). I'm not sure, but I've heard that there are companies that can help you arrange a consulate appointment or getting a Russian visa. But you need to search them out by yourself.
