Some time ago, I ran across an article, “Tips to Get a Job After College With No Experience”, which was populated with advice on how to ease the job seeking process and get the desired position. No doubt, the first thing any graduate should do is create an outstanding resume that will help an applicant to stand out from the crowd. Describing yourself as a purposeful and hardworking person, you’ll get higher chances to be employed within the shortest time. The second tip was to focus on particular companies and positions. You know, when I was looking for my first job, I sent my resume to a pile of companies without getting much info about their background, working conditions, salary rate, and other details significant for every employee. No doubt, it was a huge mistake because my first job was far from being a perfect one. So, if you are searching for the first position, research and only then create the list of the companies offering not only a competitive salary but a comfortable working environment. Then, no doubt, you’ll get higher chances of getting not just your first job, but a dream position!

If you're inexperienced after college and you're having trouble getting a job even after your first interview, it's time to start taking a more proactive approach. If you don't have professional work experience after college, you still have the chance to start your career. Therefore, you will see many job openings that require experience in your first job after college. Most graduate jobs allow them to learn on the job and gain the experience needed to advance their careers. Even without relevant experience, there are several ways to get a job in a professional company after graduation. Attend job fairs while in college and expand your professional network. Don't be afraid to look for internships (paid and unpaid), scholarships, apprenticeships, and part-time jobs to gain the skills and experience you need to qualify for your next job of interest. Internships will give you a more structured way to gain the experience you, you can choose to get paid. Job seekers can never gain much experience by taking part in an internship, and an internship is a great way to gain experience. In just 10 hours a week for three months, you can gain hands-on training and real-world experience that will set you apart from other job candidates. Read more

You can go to the labor exchange. They will always find something for you. You have to start with something in any case. You may not be offered what you want right away, but all in due course.
